Growth in the field of information technology as been strong and steady and there is no reason to think that demand in the field will decrease anytime soon.  In fact, jobs in information technology are projected to grow by approximately 11 percent from 2019 to 2029, a rate of growth that is substantially faster than the average growth for all occupations.
